Ê By Hadley Robinson Editor ALBA - Kenneth Bigger was arrested April 22 at Alba Public School, where he worked as a bus driver and lunch room supervisor, after an investigation found enough evidence to arrest him for four counts of alleged sexual conduct fourth degree with a student.
