Dee was born on March 30, 1929 in Detroit, the daughter of Walter and Mildred (Beaufait) Foster.

Dee resided in Central Lake for the past 15 years. She was a loving, caring, big-hearted person, who enjoyed cooking for many residents of Central Lake, as well as crocheting, arts and crafts and garage sales.

On Oct. 15, 1960 in Madison Heights, she married Gene L. Jensen who survives. Also surviving are three children, Deanna (Gene) Doot of Berkley, Grant (Rhonda) Bourgeois of Southfield, Kim (Jerry) Williams of Grass Lake, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and many friends.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Dawn Marie Bourgeois, a sister Beverly Brisch and her parents.

Interment took place Monday, March 17 at Oakland Hills Memorial Gardens in Novi, Michigan.
