Poel wins league title in shot put

BELLAIRE - Molly Poel sat out the entire regular season due to knee surgery. Yet, she has shown none of the rust one might reasonably expect from such an extended period of inactivity. Even her coach, Deb Larson, admits to being surprised at how quickly Poel regained her pervious form when she finally returned to competition for the Bellaire girls track and field team only two weeks ago.
