Dump Those Ducks!

All 2,000 rubber duckies were dumped into Intermediate River on Saturday, August 18 for Bellaire's 20th annual Rubber Ducky Festival. This was the first time in the festival's history that all 2,000 ducks were sold. For more Rubber Ducky photos plus race and parade winners, see page 10A.
