Bo was born July 13, 1964 in Jackson, Mich. to Melvin Elbert and Joyce Elaine (Renard) Annis. He was a self-employed welder who worked in the Mansfield area, an avid Earnhardt #3 and NASCAR racing fan, an outdoorsman, an excellent guitar player and a computer whiz.

Surviving are his fiance, JoAnn Warren and her children, Joann and Chrissy Douglas, all of Ashland; two sons, Bronson and Lance Annis; one brother, Jimmy (Roxanne) Annis of Ligonier, Ind.; two sisters, Tammy S. (Lonny) Cryderman of Mancelona, and Terri Lynn Borowiak of Gaylord; three god children, Brandy Susenitz, Cheyenne and Taylor Illing; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

No funeral service or calling hours will be observed. A memorial service was held Sunday, Sept. 23, in Ashland. Burial of cremains will be in Goshen, Ind. at a later date. Werner Funeral Home I75 W. 3rd St., Mansfield, Ohio assisted the family with the arrangements.
