Cadean was born May 31, 2007 in Petoskey, the son of Erik and Neoma (Smith) Bode.

He was a beautiful baby and will be missed by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his parents, Erik and Neoma of Bellaire; a brother, Gavin Montgomery Bode of Bellaire; maternal grandmother Ramona (Dale) Gates of Elmira; maternal grandfather Kevin Smith of Alpena; paternal grandmother Trish Bode of Royal Oak; two aunts, Toni Bode of Royal Oak and Breanna (Danny) Bode of Ann Arbor; three uncles, Ernie (Tracy) Smith of Alpena, Noah Smith of Urbana, Ohio and Isaac (Barb) Smith of Mancelona.

Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 2 p.m. at the Bellaire Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes. Pastor Bruce Standfest will officiate. Visitation will take place from noon until time of services. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetry, Bellaire.
